This is a collection of work I have made since the start of November (depending on when you are seeing this, more items may be added).

Hallucinecream is an animation I made that contains different levels of animation and camera perspectives. Moments like the ordering of the ice-cream and when Prismoid throws the main character into the distance were times where I tried to create believable yet cartoonish movement.

I really enjoyed the film and book Dune so I made this image using references of real deserts I found online.

Here I created a poster for the well known dystopian novel Animal farm by George Orwell. In my poster I drew inspiration from old pieces of propoganda for totalitarian states/regimes. My aim for this poster was to explore the themes of the book, through photo manipulation - including facism and how totalitarinism eliminates individuality.

Play Video

Thank You For Playing is short pixel animation was inspired by modern and old material including Undertale, Omori, Mother (Earthbound), Pokemon and Skies Forever Blue. It tells the story of three self aware NPCs (non playable charcters) debating what their fate will be when the game is finished. It was made with Aseprite and the music was composed by Toby Fox (founder of Annoying Dog studios).

The Neon City

Personally, the reason i love Digital art/design is becuase I enjoy the idea of creating imaginary worlds and exploring them, fleshing them out with characters, conflict and emotion. An example of this is the Neon City, a group of floating islands in the abyss of space where towers run high and character floods every gang, company and conflict.

Often, I'll create entire stories and games in my head, like this. A game set in a mainly post human world where a confused human tries to find out what happened. Most of the work here was also inspired by the gameboy colour and the mother games.

This is a short animation I created where two non-specific characters, have an over the top fight in which I used perspective, camera movement and animation blur to create additional drama. Made with Flipaclip and expanded on in post.
